Does the premium edition pay for itself?

Questions

How does pricing work?

You pay per finished hour of audio you generate — about $20/hr. A typical 90,000-word novel runs ~10 hours of audio, so ~$200 for a complete, full-cast, scored production. Chapter 1 is always free so you can hear it first.

Are there re-narration fees?

No. Editing a line, swapping a voice, adjusting emotion or the mix, or re-generating a chapter you already paid for is free — you are never charged twice for the same audio. Human narration charges $250–500/hr again for every pickup.

Do I own the audio? Can I sell it?

Yes — full commercial rights, you own the masters outright, no royalty split. Every voice, music bed, sound effect, and ambience is cleared for commercial audiobook sale, and an AI-disclosure metadata tag is included automatically on export.

Where can I publish it?

Export to Spotify, Apple Books, Google Play, Kobo and Findaway. You get an ACX-spec mono master and a stereo immersive edition with chapter markers — going wide keeps 100% of your rights and usually earns more than an exclusive deal.

Will the voices stay consistent across a series?

Yes. Every character voice is locked against your series, so book 8 sounds exactly like book 1 — no mid-series re-cast, no continuity drift.
